Artwork Confirmations: 

After a purchase order has been issued, you will receive an e-proof. Please carefully review and confirm that the product color, text, font color/size/style, artwork design/size/placement are all correct.
 

Order Changes/Cancellations: 

All changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of signing your Artwork Confirmation.

Virtual Mockups
Virtuals give a general idea of what the actual products will look like. Although we strive to make the mockup look like the physical product, they are not 100% accurate. The product color and size and the imprint size, color, and specific placement of the imprint on the final product may not be exactly the same as shown in the virtual.
 

Product Pricing
Price increases are also occurring frequently due to inflation, and the volatility of import and transportation costs. We will do our best to supply reasonable expiration dates on pricing on all proposals and advance notice of any potential price increases. 

Freight Pricing
Please be advised that the estimated freight cost reflected on this quote might differ from the final invoice, which is due to the volatility of oil prices. Inventory
While we have done the necessary research to confirm the current inventory availability of products shown in your proposal, we cannot guarantee availability day by day. We encourage you to make quick decisions to secure the availability of your desired products, but we completely understand that immediate decisions are not always feasible and will work with you to find suitable substitute products when necessary.

Apparel
On rare occasions (~1% of the time), apparel items are damaged or misprinted during production, so if all quantities must be delivered exactly, we recommend ordering extras.

Domestic Freight
Doubletake Higher Ed/Doubletake Promotional Marketing, Inc. are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays that occur.

International Freight
By nature of any project involving merchandise manufactured overseas and shipped internationally, all packages must clear customs. While we have done all necessary research to confirm timelines and properly prepare customs documents, there are sometimes unforeseen customs processing delays beyond anyone’s control. Doubletake Higher Ed/Doubletake Promotional Marketing, Inc. cannot be held responsible in rare circumstances of deadlines missed due to shipping or customs delays beyond our control.
