After meeting with colleges and universities, we uncovered students are tired of receiving care packages filled with snacks they never eat.
Care packages students are eager to receive from their loved ones. How are Doubletake's care packages different from all the rest? College-branded swag!
An online pop-up shop. The store is active for a limited time only, and once the store closes, care packages are produced and shipped to the student.
If the customer doesn't receive an order confirmation in their inbox, Doubletake never got their order.

The pop-up shop is custom branded and adheres to the school's brand guidelines. A pop-up shop doesn't launch until after the school approves the design.
Typically, a 3-week duration during the summer season, once in the fall semester, and then once during the spring semester. Care packages arriving in the fall and spring semesters are delivered just before finals begin. We work with the college to solidify dates.
Why the summer? We find parents of the incoming class use the care package to send support and encouragement. These packages will arrive in September - just in time to kick off the fall semester!
We are not limited to summer and finals. For instance, we can launch a care package pop-up shop specifically for the graduating class! Merchandise can be decorated with Alumni branding and delivered before the conclusion of the spring semester.
Parents, family, and friends will add the shipping address during checkout. These deliver right to the student's mailing address.
We can bulk ship the packages to a specific department on campus, but in this case, it's the school's responsibility to distribute the care packages.
Run simultaneously with the Student Care Package Pop-up Shop geared towards family and friends of the students, the Alumni Care Package Program allows alums to sponsor care packages that are then bulk-shipped to campus. The school gets to determine who receives the alum-sponsored care packages. Each pop-up shop has it's own domain address.
No! The swag featured will be new, different, and fresh. Students are left feeling surprised and excited!
Just hit a low minimum order quantity of 250 student care packages, and no additional costs are involved! Better yet, your school will earn revenue. Doubletake pays a commission of all sales to the college. Just tell us where to mail the check!
All we ask is for your assistance with marketing the Care Package Program to the parents/caregivers of the students. Once your school decides to come on board, we will come together to figure out a marketing strategy that works for everyone.
